What we do

Up to twice weekly, you're welcomed to take a break from the external world's distractions, pressures, and demands, diving into an introspective journey. This process grants you the opportunity to dedicate quality time to exploring your inner realm, engaging with your thoughts, unconscious mind, and interpersonal dynamics. It's a chance to maximize your potential, attune to yourself, and enhance your self-awareness. Sessions are available both in-person and remotely via Zoom.

Once a week, you are invited to have respite from distractions, pressures and demands of the external world for an exploratory experience of your inner world. It is a process that allows you to spend quality time, exercising your thoughts, unconscious, and your ways of relating. It is about getting the most out of yourself, being in tune, and strengthening your awareness.

I offer face-to-face and remote sessions via Zoom.

Clarity Therapy is a therapeutic space that provides psychotherapy & sound therapy.

"I got to know George as a very compassionate therapist. His calm, grounding energy always helped me to slow down, and bring the focus back to myself. In my online sessions he guided me to do meditation exercises which helped me to stay present.

I had contacted him this summer after a long break of therapy, and I was so appreciative to him for welcoming me back. He helped me to address past trauma events, and how to deal with them in the present moment. The weekly sessions helped me to feel more stable, and reminded me of my own strength as well as the progress I had already made.
Thank you George. "
